Each year for the last six years, we put our Rogers internet services on hold, for five months , beginning in November, while we go to Texas. Each year, without fail Rogers continues to withdraw my preauthorized payments. Each year I spend hours explaining the situation to various customer service representatives who each tell me " Yes sir, you are right. This should not have happened and I am going to make sure this does not happen again." I have the print outs of these conversations supplied by Rogers but each year we go through the same "Ground Hog Day" scenario. I do finally get credit for money but it does rankle me that they have control over my funds for all that time and they seem to have no motivation to change.
