Petsecure Pet Insurance | Gripevine

My Golden Retriever is just over two years old and I had enrolled him in the Petsecure Health Insurance plan, directly from the breeder.

Over the past two years, I've had a few instances where I was hit with some large vet bills. He was hit by a car last year but we received no coverage because the bill was broken down into sections such as; X-ray, examination and medications. Although the bill came out to over $750.00, they rejected the claim saying I didn't meet the deductable limit in the individual categories in spite of the bill being well over the deductable. Total Payout....ZERO.

Now we are taking him in for neutering but one of his testicles never dropped so the $200 neutering is now almost $1000. Petsecure has rejected the claim saying it was a "Pre-existing Condition". Total Payout...ZERO!

WOW! What a total and complete scam. I'm going to have him fixed but once done, definitely cancel the coverage. I would not recommend this company to any pet owner.
