I bought a message coupon from Urban Delight for my wife, which is one of the daily deal sites but was never able to schedule a message as the business "silverlining Namaste Message " would never answer our call to schedule a message. I wanted to get my money refunded as i was unable to use the product and contacted urban delight for the same. First they refused to return the money but when i griped they said they will give me urban bucks which is like a store credit which they haven't done until now.

I paid cash for a product that i could not use for no fault of mine and needed that cash back but they said it's not our policy. I think it's wrong.
