Homeward Residential/AHMSI (Am Having Major Service Issues)
AHMSI reported the wrong amount of interest to the IRS for 2 years, and I had to pay $198 to file amended tax returns! They indicated they would reimburse me for this, but have only gotten the runaround on multiple calls.

Hi Unhappy,
There are A LOT of complaints about this company, you just need to google AHMSI to find them. I would recommend that you;
1) Don't try to deal with this situation over the phone anymore.
2) Write a written complaint and send it by certified mail.
3) Contact your local State Attorney General's office and the Consumer Financial Protection Agency and cc: a copy of your complaint to them.
You could also cc: the BBB but they are already listed and have an F rating there. Don't give up, and don't stress.
