To whom it may concern if you actually give a Rats a**- Sony CEO

I paid $3000 for a Sony Grand Vega KDF-55WF655 color Television in March 2005. I replace the lamp once and I am told the optical block needs replacing which went out in 2008. From all the reading I have done it seems Sony has knowned about this optical block defect since 2004. it can only be replaced with another optical block which will fail in 3 years or less. Should I part with this magnificent 55 inch TV which still sits on my living room floor-- If I do I will never buy another Sony Product for as long as I live. I did that with Brother products on a electronic typewriter that was defective that they refused to be responsible for.

It really p***** me off that Sony can f*** their customers over like this. They are suppose to have a excellent reputation but I guess when you sell
a whole line of TV's that are defective for over 8 years knowing you are selling a TV
with a defective optical block it that makes you a
really s***ty company making some really bad decisions with your consumers. No I don't want a discount on a new Sony TV-- I want replacement TV that is 40-55 inches. Sony knowingly kept selling TV's with this Defect for 8 years! ---WHAT A s***TY THING TO DO. Please forward this to the President of Sony electronics.

A very unsatisfied and disappointed X-customer who used to think you could trust
a Sony product as the Best you could buy...seems times have changed. The Sony
name is severely tarnished and that is very Unhonorable for the Japanese to do.
