I decided to book a one-week trip to Phoenix and Las Vegas returning to Calgary in early June with Travelocity.
After going through the entire booking process online, I pressed the "Book Now" button and was informed one leg of my journey could not be booked as planned but I could try and choose a different flight.
I had already given up my VISA card info and my card was charged WITHOUT issuing me any tickets for my booking.
I called Travelocity..."not our fault, must be the airlines." Talked to US Airways..."not our fault as we have no booking on file for your trip...must be Travelocity's fault."
NOBODY will take responsibility for the issue. In the meantime, my credit card is still showing a $450 charge until someone steps up and helps me correct the situation.
