Amazon.com will not give me another chance to sell items!!
I was booted out for good on Amazon.com for selling Advanced Reading Copies but my complaint is that Amazon.com will not give me another chance to sell anything. I've been selling for more than 4 years and my ratings were excellent. I still noticed that other customers sell ARC and are still selling their books. It is unfair to be treated this way from Amazon.com. I just want another chance to sell and start clean.

From a buyers prospective one of the biggest problems with Amazon was when they started allowing 3rd parties to sell on there since they are basically unregulated. I wish they had never done that since it looks like Amazon is selling the item but it's really coming from someone's basement out in the sticks someplace. While Amazon ships promptly you never know if the 3rd party sellers are going to ship an item at all or if it will be what they said it was. I've had problems before with a seller not sending the item or it wasn't in the condition they said it was when I received it. On the other hand that allows them to sell a wider selection of items so you have to take the good with the bad I guess.
So what are Advanced Reading Copies and why don't you sell them on ebay if Amazon won't sell them? Oh wait, you are having problems with ebay too. Did you ever think that maybe you are the problem and it's not Amazon and Ebay? Looks like you are going to be reduced to selling on Craigslist!

If you don't know what Advanced Reading Copies are then just stay out of it.
Did you sign an NDA or agree not to release the content of the book prior to publishing? It also be that someone from the publishing house came across your account selling advance copies of their books and didn't take very kindly to it. It could also be that Amazon, as a publisher, doesn't want ARC's to be sold and is slowly attempting to find and eliminate the marketers that are doing so. You broke their rules, which you can find at the link below, but I think this paragraph should explain things fairly clearly.
"Sellers approved to list in "Collectible" condition may sell advance reading copies and uncorrected proofs of out-of-print books as Collectible. Advance reading copies and uncorrected proofs of in-print or not-yet-published books are not permitted. "

Thank you for your useful comment. I believe they were corrected proof. My point is why can't I receive another chance? Amazon.com has received a big chunk in commission for the number of sales I have provided for them over the years and now I am completely cut off from selling. I understand not to sell uncorrected proof ARC and never have as such I would like a second chance. I think Amazon.com needs to place a second chance policy for low rated sellers. It is unfair to be eliminated from selling for a lifetime. Amazon.com is truly a backstabbing company!!!
So... Just to be clear: You did something unethical and against their clearly stated policies, not to mention possibly illegal, and THEY are "backstabbing" YOU. I think what you mean to say is that you chose to do something wrong for profit, and now you can't believe there are consequences for that. And you,my dear, are what's wrong with many online sellers. You don't get to demand another chance, you are (ostensibly) an adult and you chose to cheat. What you need is a dictionary, where you can look up the difference between a right and a privilege. Kudos to Amazon for protecting their consumers from unethical and entitled sellers.
You are not understanding my situation. People are allowed to sell ARCs which are corrected proof. You are the kind of person that throws rocks ignorantly at innocent people. Another useless comment from someone!!. So dear ignorant person please do the research before acknowledging your foolish response.
