Bell is Hell

Bell promotions department hooked us up with bundle survice (internet, tv, home phone) with a gurantee that our bill will be less than $100. We added a few more channels still the bill was guranteed to be around $133 appromimately. Every month the Bill is more than $200. This month again it is $259. Means I have to call everymonth and explain to a brand new customers' service agent what it is supposed to be and it is very very frustrating. Don't want to do this again this month. Tired so tired of having to call them everymonth and explain all over again. It will be bye bye Bell very soon.

I dropped my phone with Bell Aliant for similar reasons. There were incorrect charges and so I had to call. Yes they finally did do the credit but I had to invest time waiting on the phone. Life is too short for this. It was not a rare error. Billing is supposed to be correct. There is an element of trust in every business relationship and that should be very import, at the top of the list. The plan this company offers are too complex.

Call the service rep but tell them if they don't connect you to a service "retention" rep. you will go to the competition and cancel your subscription. When you get this rep. make your complaint clear and tell them that you not only expect the problem resolved but you expect incentive offers for remaining a loyal customer. You just may hit the jackpot!

Yes Yes Yes....Bell...we talked to a sales rep who is from god knows where...offering us budles for under 100 dollars with tax already included....we accepted the offer...but our bill has never been 100 dollars...Always 179 and up...I think they have sales rep from India offering you one thing and once you sign up..you get a different deal that you cannot break without penalties.....Bell is not a reputable company at all...in fact I wonder how it is still able to be in bussiness with their deceitful operation practices. They overcharge consumers on daily basis...also called theft and with no leagal action against them..all the former and current bell consumers need to file a leagal action against the company.

2 words - MagicJack PLUS (K - That's 3) $99 to hook up and $29/yr instead of $36/mo for Bell. or you can get it for $19.95 yr if you pay for 5 yrs up front. I'll pay the extra tenner as the landscape could change in 5 yrs. Bottom line is stickin it to both "Emily" and her "Ma". Good Luck. :)
