i worked at the wal mart d c in red bluff calif for almost 13 years they knew i had a bad back made me load trailers had to have back suregree then they firred me now there insurance co. will not pay what can i do?
Unfortunately with Wal-Mart they have deep pockets and will fight to ensure that their staff never have the same rights that are encumbent in most other workplaces especially re: work rights. I don't have a strategy or solution for you my friend. :(
