I need Nissan NA to repair my 2006 Nissan Frontier! The radiator and transmission needs to be replaced due to coolant leaking in to transmission destroying the seals. I owe much less on my truck than it's going to take to fix it!
There is a Class-Action Lawsuit, but no Recall from Nissan. It is a faulty system that was designed wrong and/or wrong parts were used at manufacturing! Just ask them or look on the internet!
A representative told me that due to me being 20,000 miles over warranty and not being "dealer loyal", Nissan would not help with the repairs. I have written a letter to Consumer Affairs, but have not had a response. My truck remains at the dealership until this is resolved.

Nissan has known about this Design problem for a very long time..take a look at the internet! Not Nissan's own website.
What makes you think they would repair a 6 year old vehicle? I looked at all the reviews and recalls first and when I found that Nissan had hundreds of recalls and thousands of complaints I bought a Toyota.
Take your vehicle to be repaired somewhere else, at probably a lower cost. Join the class action seeking redress.
STOP PAYING YOUR NISSAN LEASE till its resolved...that should work!
Thats why I lease from Nissan...if the dealer screws you - tell the leasing company....
As for the credit reporting - if its the only bad thing on your credit rating - the banks will understand!
